Mastodon Moving Attending The Friends of the Wayland Public Library Book Sale

On Friday, April 28th the Mastodon Moving crew is attending The Friends of Wayland Public Library’s annual spring book sale. The moving company’s roots stem from the Wayland area from which company owner JJ Przybylski was born and raised.

“As movers, we have an innate responsibility to help out the community,” said Przybylski, “and The Friends of Wayland Public Library strive for the same goal; to assist others in need.”

The non-profit volunteer organization is dedicated to raising funds that supply the Wayland Free Public Library with materials, services and programs that are not normally within the library’s yearly budget. The group’s fundraising efforts include an annual membership drive, various bake sales, their on-going book sale and the larger semi-annual book sales — one of which is April 28th – April 30th.

Mastodon Moving will be lending a helping hand to the organization by helping volunteers load up one of the moving company’s spacious trucks and then unload them at the town hall where the book sale will occur. Mastodon Moving has moving boxes to provide if need be.

“We’re always honored to be a part of this community event and it’s always a great opportunity to see some familiar faces and catch up with everything that’s going on in the Wayland area,” said Przybylski.

The greater Boston area moving company has since relocated from Wayland to Ashland in order to open an expansive storage facility to better serve customers.
